Siblings side by side
Our 4½ to 7 and 8 to 10 karate classes run at the same times most afternoons (4:15pm Monday to Thursday) and on Saturday mornings, so brothers and sisters can train at once.
Parents at the same time
Several Fitness Kickboxing classes start at the same time as a kids or teen karate class. You get a workout, the kids get their karate, and you all go home together.
Parents start karate too
Many mums and dads catch the bug watching their kids. Our adult karate classes run in the evenings and some weekday mornings.

Do I need to be fit to do Fitness Kickboxing?
No. Classes suit all fitness levels and you work at your own pace. Your trial includes a new pair of gloves.
Can I just watch instead?
Of course. There's seating for over 65 parents, and you're always welcome to watch.
How does booking work for a family?
Book your child's karate trial and tick 'Add a Fitness Kickboxing trial for me'. It's $19.95 per person. Booking more than one child? Just increase the quantity at checkout.
What does family membership cost?
We'll talk through the options for your family face to face at the end of the trial.
